I’m Sonya Warren—a therapist, coach, and founder of Cosmo Therapy & Wellness and The Balanced Journey Institute.

Through Cosmo Therapy & Wellness, I support high-functioning women who are emotionally exhausted from constantly carrying the needs, emotions, and expectations of everyone around them.

Many of the women I work with appear strong, dependable, and “put together” on the outside while internally struggling with burnout, anxiety, emotional overload, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship stress, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

Through therapy, I help women process emotional wounds, strengthen boundaries, regulate overwhelm, and reconnect with themselves outside of survival mode.

For women seeking coaching, accountability, and lifestyle transformation support beyond therapy, The Balanced Journey Institute provides tools, structure, and guidance to help women create healthier, more balanced lives rooted in clarity, peace, and authenticity.
